Breakfast For Four

Moksha, Brighton

With my exam being tomorrow and Mr.Boyfriend's parents still in town, this morning we decide to indulge with a breakfast in town. A while back we bought a voucher from Groupon for a week day breakfast for four in Moksha, in mid-town and what better opportunity to use than this rainy morning?
As we found out ourselves Moksha turnout to be a rather small but otherwise very nice (and busy) coffee shop/breakfast bar. Their breakfast menu offered a wide choice and even a vegetarian would've found themselves having hard time to choose just one of the mouthwatering breakfasts. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if vegan could've eat their breakfast there.
We ordered one Moksha breakfast - a traditional Full English; two Eggs Royal - like Eggs Benedict but with salmon instead of ham; and one Salmon and Scrambled eggs. All of the food was covered by our voucher, and we decided to order drinks as well. We had two large Cappuccinos, a Late and a Steamed Milk (with Cinnamon Syrup). The whole order arrived very fast and we were delighted with the results. All the portions were really nicely sized and the food was fresh. In both Eggs Royal the salmon was more than enough and the hollandaise sauce was amazing; the Full English featured both sausages and bacon; and the salmon in the Salmon and scrambled eggs was more than anyone could've expected. The coffees were really nice and big as well, the finishing touch of a very pleasant experience.
