Plot:
Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman take up an epic journey on motorcycles - from London to New York, chasing their shadows across the world. Each episode follows a part of their travels and everything they come across.
Why I Love It:
The series is made in a good and realistic way, it feels and looks the way such journey is expected to look. Nothing from the Bear Grills bullshit, where he's said to be all alone in the wild, but oh, hey, here's my cameraman and there are the rest of the crew. No, The Long Way Round is real, and it doesn't spare you any of the real reality that makes driving a motorcycle across the globe such an adventure. Charley and Ewan are adorable and everything but gorgeous, they are real and reliable, they are human! And I, and Mr.Boyfriend, love love LOVE it!
